My view from the last campsite of what has turned out to be a wonderful couple of weeks, especially considering there was no pre-planning whatsoever.
Blue Bus and I have to endure (ha ha) this view for just two nights before I head back to the Lake District.
Oh you poor thing .... ;-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful view, it must be so refreshing to wake up each morning in nature as magnificent as that. Do you sleep well in Blue Bus?
I sleep nearly as well in Blue Bus as I do at home, which is a game changer. I never slept properly in Bill, regardless of what I tried, and it does not take many nights of disturbed zzzzzz’s for me to become fairly miserable.
DeleteLovely!
ReplyDeleteThank you :-). Did you notice the site even painted the pitch marker to match!
DeleteAnd the view goes on and on….and you wonder what’s at the end of it
ReplyDeleteI know exactly what is at the end of that view 🤭, went there a long time ago and will definitely be paying a return visit in a year or two, it is absolutely beautiful.

Relax & enjoy! Take care & hugs from a cold/dreary Oz.
ReplyDeleteThank you
DeleteFirst thing I noticed was the matching colour of the pitch marker! Well, maybe not the first thing - that view is stunning, breathtaking. I'd be very happy to park there for a week . . .
ReplyDeleteIt was lovely for the two days I was there - not much wind and light rain only at night. I would not want to have been parked so close to Loch Linnie in bad weather - it’s a large body of water and the wind would come howling up between the mountains.
DeleteTerrible view. I hope you complained ;)
ReplyDeleteI thought about it 🤭🤭.
DeleteSeriously though, I took the option of a “loch-side pitch” because I do not use an awning but never expected to be quite that close.
